PROJECT GOALS
Cobleskill’s Champlin Hall, is a 47K sq. ft. dining/lab kitchen area serving the University and showcasing the emerging culinary skills of it’s students. HDG is currently delivering space planning and design services including a new “California Kitchen” style open concept cooking kitchen, new wall finishes, completely new open ceiling system, renovation of its’ faculty offices. Test kitchen labs cover half the 2nd floor - our design includes new suspended acoustical ceilings & lighting throughout. Additionally, resolving water infiltration issues in the basement mechanical space, erosion at entry points and replacement of affected interior finishes and its two upper roofs.
