How would a parking structure impact both visually and operationally to the surrounding campus community? The goal and need of the client was to explore whether it can be demonstrated favorably to the campus community and adjacent neighbors that a parking structure can be constructed on this site in a manner that mitigates all potential negative impacts. The result was HDG discovered and presented various capacity options, parking structure configurations, capacities and comparative massing data.
