HDG led the Master Planning process for the City of Syracuse's Phase I multi-year $800 Million school reconstruction project. HDG led a team of professionals in demographic research, educational planning and SEQRA studies; assessing long-range demographic trends, base-line building conditions, establishing community vision and formulating educational specifications for six schools, while simultaneously guiding the planning effort to make the most of the limited dollars. HDG delivered a comprehensive Master Plan that is currently being used as the foundation of current and future design and construction efforts.
